Novikov Restaurant & Bar
With an open kitchen serving as the centrepiece, Novikov engaged TT Gillard to bring its supremely modern take on food into the dining environment.
The restaurant and bar fit-out at Novikov was an exciting scheme filled with different textures and materials. Throughout the restaurant we designed, manufactured and installed internal doors and screens and timber wall panelling. We also created a brand new bar and a custom stone clad wall panelling feature, alongside other smaller fixtures and fittings required to enhance the scheme and elevate the dining space.
